This recipe is so good. I adapted it from a few different recipes. It's not real thick, but it's rich and creamy.
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups soymilk
3 tablespoons safflower oil or 3 tablespoons other flavorless oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dry sweetener
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
rum (optional) or brandy (optional)
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve well chilled.
