This recipe is so good. I adapted it from a few different recipes. It's not real thick, but it's rich and creamy. Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups soymilk |
3 tablespoons safflower oil or 3 tablespoons other flavorless oil |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup dry sweetener |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon cardamom |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
rum (optional) or brandy (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve well chilled. |
