3/4 cup frozen edamame, pre-shucked |
2 cups spinach, tightly packed |
3 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons flax seed oil |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon tamari |
2 teaspoons hot sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam edamame until bright green and thawed. 2. In a food processor, combine the edamame and all other ingredients, and blend until smooth. 3. Makes 2 cups 4. [1/4 cup serving]. |
