This recipe is from . I had been sprinkling nooch on tortilla chips and wondered if there was a recipe out there that replicated the other flavors in Doritos (which, before the milk allergy, I could eat by the bagful). I immediately tried this and I'm just as addicted to these.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) bag tortilla chips (i think this is for a regular chip bag, i use the bigger brown bags like mission, and double the res)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon citric acid (the veggieboards people used lime juice, i left it out entirely)
Directions:
1. The original directions say to put all ingredients in a resealable bag and shake.
2. I just dumped the nooch in the bag with the chips, shook it, then mixed the spices together, dumped them in the chip bag, and shook it.
3. Try not to eat the whole bag.
