Chewy... Gooey... Chocolatey.. Everything you could ever wish for in one small bite! Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup white sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup brown sugar |
2 cups quick cooking oats |
1 cup vegan chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in a large bowl. Stir in brown sugar, oats, and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, combine oil and vanilla extract; stir into flour mixture. Press dough into a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly brown, about 15 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars. |
