3 cup macaroni |
1/2 cup cashews |
1/8 cup sunflower seeds, (2tbsp) |
2 tbsp pine nuts |
9 fl oz cups almond breeze 101653 |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/2 cup nutritional yeast 127112 |
175 g tofu 16165 |
3 tsp dijon mustard 87536 |
1/2 tsp turmeric |
1 tsp paprika |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1/8 cup miso |
1 tsp salt |
1 tbsp corn starch |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni. 2. While it's cooking, put all other ingredients into food processor and process until smooth. 3. Drain macaroni and return to pot. 4. Add sauce and simmer until reduced to desired consistency (about 5 minutes). |
