Vegan Cream of Tomato Soup

I came up with this when I had precious little in the pantry, less still in the fridge, and was too lazy to go to the grocery store. Sometimes when I'm feeling adventurous, I throw in a can of drained and rinsed black beans and some salsa after I've blended it.
Ingredients:
1 lb silken tofu
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
soymilk
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Put the tomatoes and tofu in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Add as much soymilk as needed to get the consistency you like.
3. Heat through.
