A creamy mushroom soup, vegan friendly! Ingredients:
2 cups fresh mushrooms (diced) |
1/8 cup onion |
1/2 cup almond milk |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 tablespoon ground pepper |
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Fry onions and mushrooms. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Boil mixture. 4. Use an imersion blender to make it creamy. |
