A creamy mushroom soup, vegan friendly!
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh mushrooms (diced)
1/8 cup onion
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Fry onions and mushrooms.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Boil mixture.
4. Use an imersion blender to make it creamy.
