For best taste use fresh corn off the cob but frozen will do as well (stay away from canned corn).
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked corn
1 tablespoon vegan sour cream
1 tablespoon plain soymilk
hot sauce (to taste)
green onion
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and top with green onions.
