For best taste use fresh corn off the cob but frozen will do as well (stay away from canned corn). Ingredients:
2 cups cooked corn |
1 tablespoon vegan sour cream |
1 tablespoon plain soymilk |
hot sauce (to taste) |
green onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and top with green onions. |
