My two boys and I love this and we have it almost everyday. A healthy chocolate fix! I keep peeled frozen bananas in a zip freezer bag, always at the ready. This doubles easily. Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk |
1 1/2-2 frozen bananas |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, blend until thick and creamy. 2. Add more bananas for thicker shake. 3. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! |
