Delicious!!! Ingredients:
12 ounces silken tofu |
9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust |
cinnamon or vanilla flavoring |
Directions:
1. Melt th chocolate chips in the microwave for about 2 minutes. 2. In a blender or food processor, mix the melted chocolate, silken tofu, cinnamon or vanilla flavor. Blend well. 3. Pour in the pie crust. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour. |
