Easy and tasty! Great with berries. My daughter is allergic to cow's milk, this is one of her favorite dessert! Ingredients:
349 g soft silken tofu |
1/2 cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In the microwave, at 60% power, melt chocolate chips in a glass bowl. 2. Poor silken tofu in food processor, whip until silky smooth. 3. Poor melted chocolate in silken tofu. Whip until well blended. 4. Refrigerate until set (30 minutes). 5. ENJOY! |
