10 1/2 ounces extra-firm silken tofu
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 ounces semisweet vegan chocolate, melted
Directions:
1. Place tofu, chocolate and vanilla in a blender
2. blend until smooth.
3. Yes it must be silken. No it cannot be waterpacked or cotton. Yes it must be EXTRA FIRM no it cannot be firm or soft or any other.
4. Use the tofu specified only.
