Vegan Chocolate Chip Bars |

Delicious vegan blondies! YUM! Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 cup oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 cup soymilk |
1 1/2 cups semisweet vegan chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. 3. Add the oil, vanilla, milk and chocolate chips and mix together gently. 4. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 9x13 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. 5. Test with a toothpick for doneness. 6. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into bars. |
