Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
6 tablespoons cocoa powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups water |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa powder |
1/4 cup soymilk |
2 tablespoons margarine |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2-1 cup powdered sugar |
1 dash salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 2. FROSTING: Mix sugar and cocoa powder in saucepan. 3. Stir in soy milk, oil, salt, and margarine. 4. Heat to boiling and let boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Let cool, then add vanilla and powdered sugar until desired consistency is achieved. |
