better than brownies! good right out of the oven and refrigerated Ingredients:
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour |
1/3 c cocoa powder |
1 c brown sugar |
1 t baking powder |
1/4 t baking soda |
1/4 t salt |
2 t soy flour, defatted |
1/2 c water |
1/2 c applesauce |
2 t canola oil |
3 large bananas |
1 t vanilla extract |
2 t raw sugar |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. mash bananas in a large bowl 3. mix all liquids and applesauce with bananas 4. whisk together all dry ingredients in a separate bowl 5. pour dry ingredients into wet and mix just until blended 6. bake at 350 degrees for about an hour for a loaf or about 25 minutes for muffins 7. you can sprinkle the top with raw sugar, if you like |
