Great, rich and tender vegan chocolate cake that is easily baked off in ramekins or miniature bundt tins, or a traditional pan. Ingredients:
350 gr flour |
70 gr cocoa |
180 gr sugar |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
280 ml water |
4 tbsp vegetable oil |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tsp cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt. 3. Mix water, oil, vanilla and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients. 4. Beat quickly to thoroughly incorporate everything. 5. Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes. 6. Cool completely before un-moulding. |
