Yum Yum choc fudge for non-dairy or vegan peeps Ingredients:
100 g dark chocolate |
1 tablespoon vegan margarine |
1 tablespoon icing sugar |
1 teaspoon golden syrup |
vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Melt everything together in a small saucepan, on very low heat (good things take time). Keep stirring. 2. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally. 3. Once it reaches a good spreading consistency, ice the cake and leave to set completely. |
