Here is a quick and easy breakfast dish for Vegans. (found on ) Ingredients:
1/2 cup tofu, crumbled |
1/4 cup spinach |
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped |
1/8 cup onion, chopped |
1/8 cup vegetarian bacon |
1 dash paprika |
Directions:
1. In a frying pan over medium-high heat combine tofu (crumbled), a handful of spinach, chopped red peppers, chopped onion, chopped vegetarian bacon, and a few dashes of paprika. 2. Sauté until veggies are cooked and tofu is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
