2 cup unsweetened almond milk |
1 cup water |
2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup cornmeal |
2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Put the milk and water into a bowl and mix. Whisk in flour, cornmeal, baking powder,and baking soda, and salt. Do not overmix. 2. Fold in the blueberries. Let batter sit for 5 min to thicken. 3. Pour pancakes into non stick pan. Make sure pancakes are cooked evenly before flipping. Serve immediately with chunky fruit sauce, maple syrup, or fresh fruit. |
