Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup soymilk |
2 cups blueberries |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients, add milk and whisk until smooth. 2. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with blueberries. 3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. |
