A delicious vegan take on BLT dip. Ingredients:
1 cup vegan mayonnaise (e.g. vegenaise) |
1 cup vegan sour cream (e.g. tofutti better than sour cream) |
4 green onions, sliced |
3 plum tomatoes, diced |
1 1/2 ounces bacos bacon bits |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Refrigerate and serve cold, with crackers or whatever you like to dip. 3. Leave it overnight to let the flavors meld, if you like. |
