It is simple and easy. Can be varied to your liking quite easily. Ingredients:
garbanzo beans (whatever you like) or white beans (whatever you like) or black beans (whatever you like) |
1 garlic clove |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 tablespoon miso (optional) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and whir until smooth. 2. Spread on bread and top with sprouts, shredded carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers or whatever you enjoy. |
