This is a great recipe to be used as a base for others or enjoyed alone. I like to use it as a spread on burritos, sandwiches or eaten warmed up with baked corn tortilla chips. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained |
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard |
1/2 tablespoon honey |
1 pinch raw sugar |
3 chipotle chiles in adobo |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons warm water |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to a food processor and mix well until desired consistency is reached. |
