Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 egg substitute |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup soymilk |
2 -3 mashed bananas |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the last two, then sift them into the mixture. 2. Don't overstir. 3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes in greased muffin tins. |
