                    This recipe has a nice balance of flavors. Very tasty when lightly toasted, but be careful with the melting chocolate! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 1/2 cups unbleached bread flour  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups raw sugar  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking powder  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon ground cloves  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon ground ginger  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg  |  
                                                3 1/2 ounces bar of intense dark chocolate  |  
                                                2 large ripe bananas  |  
                                                3/4 cup apple juice  |  
                                                1/2 cup vegetable oil  |  
                                                1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla  |  
                                                1 teaspoon vinegar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Break chocolate bar into small pieces (1/2  square or less). 3. Mix dry ingredients together, including chocolate pieces. 4. In a second bowl, mash bananas. 5. Add other wet ingredients to bananas and mix thoroughly. 6. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix, just until combined. 7. Oil a 9  x 1-1/2  glass pie pan and pour in (thick) batter. 8. Bake for approximately 55 minutes, just until top of bread appears dry. 9.
