I whipped this up when I wanted a different flavor for my sandwich. It's super easy and tastes very fresh. Ingredients:
2 avocados, ripe |
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or more to taste) |
1 garlic clove |
1 tablespoon soymilk |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more lemon juice or soy milk to taste. |
