I whipped this up when I wanted a different flavor for my sandwich. It's super easy and tastes very fresh.
Ingredients:
2 avocados, ripe
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or more to taste)
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon soymilk
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more lemon juice or soy milk to taste.
