Vegan 3-bean chili Ingredients:
14 ounce black beans, drained, rinsed |
14 oz great northern beans, drained |
14 oz chili beans |
15 ounce diced tomatoes |
1 carrot |
2 stalks celery |
2/3 cup red onion, diced |
1/4 cup green pepper, diced |
1 tbsp garlic salt |
1/2 tbsp chili powder |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
3 cloves garlic |
1 tbsp sriracha |
Directions:
1. Saute the onion, green pepper, carrot, and celery in the oil over medium heat until softened. 2. Add the sauteed veggies to the crock pot. 3. Add the canned tomatoes and beans to the crock pot. 4. Mix well and heat on high for 60 minutes. Adjust spices and serve with garlic bread or some oyster crackers. |
