1 1/4 lbs ground turkey |
1 cup diced green zucchini |
1 cup diced yellow squash |
1/2 cup grated bell pepper |
1 cup chopped yellow onion |
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs |
2 egg whites |
1 egg yolk |
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon dry basil |
1/4 teaspoon dry oregano |
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning (salt-free) |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. 3. 3. Combine first 13 ingredients in a bowl and mold into a loaf. Place in baking dish. 4. 4. In a small bowl, combine last 4 ingredients to taste. Coat loaf in mixture. 5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6. 6. Enjoy! |
