This dish is an easy way to incorporate some vegetables into your meal, especially for those who aren't big vegetable fans. It's easy to prepare and tastes great as leftovers. Ingredients:
3 cans veg-all (drained) |
1 can water chestnuts |
3/4 cup mayo or fat free mayo |
3/4 cup chedder cheese (i use fat free) |
1 cup onions |
on top use 1 roll of crushed ritz crackers--reduced fat |
w/ one stick of margarine |
Directions:
1. Mix the veg-all, water chestnuts, mayo, cheese and onions together 2. Spread the margarine and ritz crackers over the top 3. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes |
