crock pot dish great to come home to on a winter night Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb veal stew meat (2 lb raw) |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 1/2 lb potatos |
1/2 lb carrots |
1/4 lb celery |
2 onions (chopped) |
1 t garlic (minced) |
1/4 cup fresh parsley |
1 1/2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Drege meat in flour and brown in large skillet with 2 T oil. 2. Transfer to crock pot and add vegetables (cubed). 3. Add water, season with salt, pepper and any other spices you like. 4. set crock pot to low for 8 hours. 5. Can also be made on the stove cook for 2 hours or until meat and vege. are soft. |
