This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't cooked any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them on here so I can find them easier. Ingredients:
1 lb veal cutlet, sliced thin |
flour |
6 tablespoons butter |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup sherry wine |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
0.5 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced |
Directions:
1. Dip veal cutlet in flour. Saute in butter in large skillet, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add sherry. Add parsley and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. |
