Got this out of a High-Protein Recipe book called Martini's and Whipped Cream. Sounds wonderful Ingredients:
2 lbs thinly sliced and pounded veal |
4 sliced fresh tomatoes |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms |
2 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup white wine |
fresh parsley |
seasoning |
Directions:
1. In large frying pan brown veal quickly with garlic. 2. Remove garlic, discard. 3. Remove veal. 4. Brown mushrooms several minutes. 5. Replace veal, add remaining ingredients and simmer covered until tender, between 5-10 minutes. |
