My Veal Roast Yummo Ingredients:
1 (2 -3 lb) veal roast |
24 small potatoes |
1 bunch celery |
4 -6 medium onions |
1 (16 ounce) package mushrooms |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
8 slices bacon |
3 dashes worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons thyme |
4 tablespoons black pepper |
4 tablespoons sage |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. I used a roaster for this. 2. Preheat roaster to 325. 3. Place butter in roaster and place onions, potatoes, celery, mushrooms and bacon - distribute evenly, place veal on top of veggies and bacon. 4. After cooking for about 20 - 25 minutes pour chicken broth over the veal and veggies. 5. Turn Veal a few times over the course of cooking. |
