This recipe looks so simple and comes from Philadelphia (cream cheese). Just 3 ingredients and healthy Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled, diced (russet or idaho) |
1/3 cup light chive & onion cream cheese |
1 tablespoon chives, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling water for about 20 minutes (or your own way), until tender. Drain potatoes and put back in the saucepan. 2. Add cream cheese. Mash until light and vaporous. |
