Moist cake. Ingredients:
2 sticks butter |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
6 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
12 oz vanilla wafers |
1 8 oz can coconut |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating each one afterwards. Add milk alternately with crushed vanilla wafers. Fold in coconut and pecans and vanilla. Bake at 2. 300 degrees in prepared tube cake pan for 1 hour. |
