These sweet things are great for Breakfast, brunch or even dessert a la mode! Ingredients:
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed |
1 cup pecans, coursely chopped |
1/2 cup margarine or butter, cubed |
1 large package cook & serve vanilla pudding (not instant!) |
1 cup light brown sugar |
2 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. Grease a 9x13 pan and sprinkle pecans evenly in bottom. 2. Make 12 walnut-sized balls of dough and place on top of nuts. 3. Combine last 4 ingredients in small saucepan and bring to boil, boiling 2 minutes. 4. Pour pudding mixture evenly over dough, be sure to cover each ball of dough. 5. Refrigerate overnight. 6. Remove from fridge and set out for 1-1/2 to 2 hours before baking. 7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. 8. Cool slightly before serving, hot sugar! Makes 12 servings |
