This is a great sauce to serve with chocolate cake or ice cream. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup light cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan. 2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing well. 3. Simmer, stirring over low heat about 5 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved. 4. Serve hot over pudding, chocolate ice cream or cake. |
