My daughter loves to make homemade popsicles. Found this on the net. Something a bit different and somewhat healthy. COOK TIME IS FREEZER TIME! Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 small paper cups |
wooden popsicle sticks |
Directions:
1. Combine milk, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl and stir until sugar dissolves. 2. Pour mixture into the paper cups until they are half full. 3. Freeze for 1 hour or until slushy enough to support stick. 4. Put popsicle sticks in the cups for handles. 5. Freeze in freezer for a total of about four hours. |
