I wanted a coffee frosting with a kick of vanilla to finish. Ingredients:
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar |
1/4 cup butter, room temperature |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 1/2 teaspoons half-and-half |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coffee |
Directions:
1. Beat sugar, butter, and vanilla extract together in a stand mixer until creamy. Add half-and-half; beat until frosting is fluffy. Stir in coffee until evenly combined. |
