From Kraft Kitchens Winter 2005 issue. I haven't made it yet - posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
3 cups milk |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 cups freshly-brewed maxwell house rich dark roast coffee |
Directions:
1. Heat milk in small saucepan on low heat until warm, stirring briskly and constantly with wire whisk to create foam. 2. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. 3. Stir coffee into milk mixture. 4. Serve immediately (they recommend with Nilla wafers). 5. Other flavour option: 1/4 teaspoons almond extract instead of vanilla. |
