Ingredients:
15 ml vanilla-flavored syrup |
15 ml irish cream syrup |
3 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream or 3 scoops frozen yogurt |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine the milk, syrups and two scoops ice cream or frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until thick and creamy and pour into a glass. Top with remaining ice cream or frozen yogurt. |
