Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
2 1/2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix |
2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk |
1 (12-oz.) can evaporated fat-free milk |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and pudding mix in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in milk and remaining ingredients. 2. Pour milk mixture into freezer container of a 1 1/2-qt. electric ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. (Instructions and times will vary.) |
