Ingredients:
1 cup semisweet chocolate, cut into small pieces |
3/4 cup heavy cream |
1 teaspoon light corn syrup |
2 pints vanilla ice cream |
3/4 cup chopped salted pretzels |
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate, cream, and corn syrup in a microwave or the top of a double boiler. Scoop the ice cream into serving bowls. Spoon the warm chocolate sauce over the ice cream and sprinkle with the pretzel pieces. |
