This is one of the best homemade ice cream recipes I've found. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1/2 gallon milk |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
6 eggs, beaten |
5 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Heat evaporated milk, milk, and sugar. 2. After heating, add eggs (with ease) and vanilla. 3. Strain, cool, and freeze mixture. |
