I was given this recipe by a friend of mine in Texas. I use this glaze for my favorite coffee cake recipe.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons hot water

Directions:

1. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and 1 tsp hot water until smooth. If needed add another 1 tsp hot water.
