Tasty and good for you! From Penzeys Winter 2007 Catalog. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
1 ripe banana |
1/3 cup frozen peaches |
1/3 cup frozen strawberries |
1/4 cup frozen raspberries |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
8 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend the heck out of it. If the blender can't handle ice, then crush the ice before blending. 2. Drink. 3. YUMMY! |
