This is a good for you treat that makes a great breakfast or after workout drink. Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1 small banana |
1/4 cup frozen peaches |
1/4 cup frozen strawberries |
1/8 cup frozen raspberries |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. 2. Serve in a tall glass. |
