Perfect to serve with a selection of fruit, a light dip that I serve this dip with fruit (melons and strawberries) and coffee on a hot summers morning. Ingredients:
250 g light cream cheese |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 teaspoons vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until well combined and smooth. 2. Blend in lemon juice and vanilla essence. 3. Spoon into a serving dish. 4. Refrigerate until needed. 5. Serve with any fruit you choose. |
