Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 pinch salt |
6 slices day-old bread |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat eggs; add the milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Soak bread for 30 seconds on each side. 2. Cook on a greased hot griddle until golden brown on both sides. 3. Serve with maple syrup or cinnamon sugar. |
