Vanilla Double Chip Cheesecake

This combo of flavors and textures provide a interesting dessert.
Ingredients:
crust
2 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp butter, softened
filling
2 pounds philly cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp flour
5 large eggs
2 tea. vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup kraft caramel bits
1 cup semi-sweet mini morsels
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475^.
2. Crust: combine all ingredients.
3. Butter sides and bottom of 10 spring-pan.
4. Press crumb mixture onto sides and bottom of pan
5. Set in fridge.
6. Filling: Blend cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
7. Add eggs one at a time.
8. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
9. Fold in caramel and chocolate chips.
10. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 475^ for 15 minutes.
11. Leaving in oven, reduce temp to 250* and continue baking for 1 hour.
12. Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
